Report generation via the Playground requires a free account. Anonymous visitors can preview the Playground but report generation is limited to signed-in users. API requests count toward monthly plan quotas.

Common Questions

Can I use the API without paying?

Yes. The FREE tier is available now — create an account, generate an API key, and start requesting reports. No payment is required.

How do I get FULL report access?

Subscribe to Pro via secure hosted checkout. FULL report access is activated automatically after your subscription is confirmed.

What counts toward the monthly quota?

Only successful API key requests (status 200) count toward your API quota. Playground requests, rate-limited rejections, and invalid-key rejections do not consume quota.

Is there a rate limit?

Yes. Public and Playground requests have burst limits per IP. API-key requests have a higher burst limit per key. All 429 responses include a Retry-After header and retry_after_seconds field.

Can I try FULL mode before subscribing?

The Playground shows FULL as Pro-required. Signed-in FREE users can test BASIC and STANDARD reports immediately. FULL access is activated when you subscribe.

How do I manage my Pro subscription?

Check your subscription receipt email for billing management. Dashboard shows current subscription status and renewal date.
